In 2008, Trafalgar Wharf’s owner, Jonny Boys, was seeking a site to expand his powerboat business.

The Trafalgar Wharf site now boasts The Drystack. Built in the largest of the original Vosper boat sheds, it is the largest indoor powerboat storage facility in the UK. Filled from floor to ceiling with large scale industrial racking, power boats up to 12m long are lifted on and off the racks using huge forklift trucks, and launched on demand ready for their owners.
If want to get afloat without owning a boat, The Boat Club Trafalgar is a subscription-based boat club. Members can book any of the club’s fleet of powerboats for a simple monthly fee, like a gym. Simply turn up and go, then hand the keys back afterwards and we’ll take care of the rest. On site we have our own RYA approved training centre too, so you can learn the skills and go afloat feeling confident and safe.

Commercial vessels and large SuperYachts can book to use the Trafalgar Shipyard services, with a shiplift to lift vessels up to 877 tonnes for maintenance and commissioning. Here, your own contractors and engineers can come and work on site with no requirement to use on site operators.
